*** In addition to electronically signing the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement prior to and in consideration for riding at Tower Hill, all riders will also be required to sign a paper copy of the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement prior to and in consideration for biking at Tower Hill. These will be available on-site. By proceeding to purchase a biking pass and/or register for a race, you agree to these terms; additionally, you agree to all terms and conditions in the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement.
